About This Job Air and Space Force Solutions, a business unit within BAE Systems, has an opening at our Hill Air Force Base, Utah location for an experienced Cybersecurity Analyst. The selected candidate will join our Information Services team and have an important role in supporting our mission of Strategic Deterrence through continual improvement and innovation. An active Top Secret clearance is preferred. #ASFS Travel Percentage Required Skills and Education Education and Experience Requirements are as follows: High School diploma and 11+ years of related experience, or BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline and 7+ years of relevant experience, or MA/MS degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline and 5+ years of relevant experience Specific training and education in Cybersecurity Understanding of Cybersecurity methodologies, tools, and systems Proven capacity to identify vulnerabilities and create impactful mitigation plans Comfortable working independently to manage projects and tasks to completion Exceptional troubleshooter with experience resolving complex technical issues Experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical leaders across large complex organizations High integrity, strong work ethic and initiative, and capable of building strong, trusting relationships Certification Requirement The applicant must meet DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level I or higher certification requirements on hire date.
