Job description

Emergent builds autonomous coding agents that replace traditional software development by generating, testing, and deploying production applications directly from plain-language intent. Our systems run in production at global scale and are used to build millions of real applications. Since our public launch, we’ve crossed $130M in Annualised Revenue and grown to over 10M users across 190+ countries , who have built 12M+ applications on Emergent. We’re backed by Creaegis, Khosla Ventures, SoftBank, Lightspeed, Together, Y Combinator, Google, Claypond and Sentinel Global. We’re solving the hard part of AI-driven software creation: correctness, reliability, security, and scale in real production systems. The team is built by repeat founders, Olympiad medalists, IIT & IIM alumni, and leaders from Google, Amazon, and Dropbox. We’re hiring builders who want ownership, speed, and impact at global scale. The Role: You’ll be the operational backbone of Emergent’s performance creative engine, and a creative contributor to it. We ship hundreds of video and static ads a month on Meta and other channels, across multiple countries. They come from a network of AI video, UGC, and translation agencies, plus in-house creators and influencers. About half your time keeps that machine running: payments, script reviews, agency follow-ups, and coordination with finance and influencer marketing. The other half is the fun part: ideating hooks, writing concepts, and running creative experiments. What You’ll Do: Run Creative Operations Agency management: be the day-to-day point of contact for our AI video, UGC, and translation agencies. Chase deliverables, track timelines, and keep the production pipeline moving Script and asset review: check agency scripts and cuts against our brief, brand, and ad standards before they go live. Flag issues and send clear, actionable feedback Payments: track invoices, raise payment requests with finance, and follow up until every agency and creator is paid on time Translation: coordinate localisation of winning ads into other markets and languages, and QA what comes back Influencer sourcing: work with the influencer marketing team to find, shortlist, and onboard creators who fit the brief Trackers: keep production, payment, and creative trackers accurate, so anyone can see what’s in flight, what’s live, and what’s owed Make Creative Ideate: brainstorm hooks, angles, and concepts for video and static ads Write: draft scripts and briefs for agencies and creators, starting small and growing to full concepts you own Experiment: design and run creative tests, then read the results with us to work out what won and why Stay sharp: track what’s working in ads across AI, SaaS, and consumer apps, and bring fresh ideas to the team What You’ll Get Out of It: You’ll leave knowing how to run creative as a performance marketer, not just make ads. Mentorship: 1:1 time with the performance creative lead, plus feedback on your ideas, scripts, and decisions The full creative process, up close: how a concept goes from brief to script to production to live ad, and what makes it win or lose Scaling: how to run a multi-agency, multi-market creative pipeline that ships hundreds of assets a month without breaking Reading metrics as a creative: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, sign-up rate, and CAC, and how to turn those numbers into the next round of concepts Real ownership: your ideas get made and tested with a real budget. You’ll see your own work in the market What We’re Looking For: Relentless follow-through: you close loops without being reminded, and nothing falls through the cracks Organised: you’re comfortable juggling many vendors, deadlines, and payments in spreadsheets and trackers Clear communicator: you write crisp emails and messages, and can push back on an agency politely but firmly Creative instinct: you watch ads and know why one works and another doesn’t, and you have opinions about it Comfortable with numbers: you’re not scared of
