THE POSITION The Corporate Access and Research Services (CARS) team is responsible for ongoing support of external research, corporate access, and expert networks. The team specifically manages our relationships and engagement with external research providers, expert networks and corporate Investor Relations (IR) teams. Supported by guidance from the team , the co-op will contribute to delivering high-impact, data-driven solutions for internal investors, corporates, and clients. This role involves supporting a variety of cross-functional initiatives that require strong analytical thinking and data fluency, leveraging business intelligence tools to uncover insights, improve processes, and drive strategic outcomes. The co-op will be an integral part of a global program, collaborating across teams to ensure successful execution and meaningful impact. RESPONSIBILITIES The CARS co-op will support strategic decision-making by analyzing research services and corporate access data, managing ad-hoc requests, and collaborating across teams to optimize workflows and enhance data integrity. Specific responsibilities will include: Provide analysis of research services and corporate access consumption data to uncover trends and support strategic decisions Manage and complete ad-hoc requests related to third-party research approvals, investor support, and entitlement processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution across multiple priorities Assist in the centralization and coordination of corporate access activity, including analysis of corporate events and collaboration with internal teams to resolve meeting data inconsistencies across systems Assist with relationship management of research providers and our biannual broker vote including analyzing provider engagement and consumption data to generate insights shared internally and with external partners Access and analyze data from across the firm using tools such as Excel and Python to support ad-hoc projects, improve systems, and deliver insights that enhance team workflows and business processes Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for optimization and resolve data inconsistencies Actively contribute your own personal touch to the culture and norms of a diverse global team QUALIFICATIONS Positive, proactive work ethic with a hands-on approach, a sense of humor, and a collaborative spirit
