Job Requisition ID # 26WD100714 Position Overview The Autodesk Consulting team is seeking a talented and dynamic leader to manage a key consulting team in Japan. As an important member of the Management team within our Enterprise Customer Success organization, you will articulate a clear vision of success to our customers while leading and inspiring a team of highly skilled professionals who help customers transform their businesses. As the Manager, Consulting Services, you will play a direct role in shaping how Autodesk delivers professional services while collaborating with thought leaders and stakeholders across Autodesk and the broader industry. Responsibilities Directly manage and develop a team of highly skilled consultants supporting customers across the Japan market while achieving key performance indicators Demonstrate excellence in strategic thinking, business process optimization, and customer engagement planning Collaborate across functions to drive sales bookings and successful customer outcomes Serve as a trusted business partner to customers and internal Autodesk stakeholders for professional consulting services Drive execution excellence by proactively managing customer engagement schedules, resource and staffing plans, and the preparation, review, and delivery of customer deliverables Develop high-performing consultants through coaching, career development, and training plans aligned with current and anticipated skill requirements and individual career aspirations Ensure team members consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, professionalism, and customer service Build strong partnerships across Technical, Sales, Project Management, and Customer Success teams to deliver successful customer engagements Identify opportunities to continuously improve consulting practices, delivery processes, and customer outcomes Minimum Qualifications Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to take initiative, make informed decisions, and drive recommendations and issues through resolution 3+ years of experience managing and developing a team Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse Technical, Sales, and Project Management teams 7+ years of hands-on experience in the Manufacturing or Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industries, with a strong understanding of relevant business processes Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and structured project management methodologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, including international travel Professional fluency in Japanese and intermediate proficiency in English Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline Preferred Qualifications Experience building and developing high-performing teams in evolving business environments Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges and strategic objectives into effective solutions Strong knowledge of engineering industry practices and processes or the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry Advanced experience developing and enabling Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows across architects, engineers, and contractors Experience using Autodesk solutions such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, Revit, Civil 3D, Autodesk Navisworks, and InfraWorks Master's degree in a relevant discipline The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is an experienced consulting leader who combines strong people leadership, industry expertise, strategic thinking, and customer focus to develop high-performi
