A Day in the Life As a Construction Supervisor, you’ll provide hands-on leadership for production teams while overseeing construction operations, project execution, inventory, vendors, and resources. You’ll work alongside your team to set priorities, solve problems, monitor progress, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to quality standards. You’ll also partner across the business to coordinate schedules, logistics, inventory, and customer needs while developing employees and driving continuous improvement. What You’ll Do Deliver modular construction projects safely, on time, on budget, and to quality standards. Lead production teams by assigning work, setting priorities, monitoring progress, and removing obstacles. Oversee repair, refurbishment, modification, maintenance, and other modular construction projects. Review blueprints, plans, work instructions, schedules, estimates, and technical documents. Coordinate inventory, materials, purchase orders, project support, and logistics. Partner with Operations, Sales, Service, Transportation, and other teams to support successful project execution and customer service. Manage relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and subcontractors, including pricing, service, inventory, transportation, and installation needs. Improve workflows, reduce costs, and support LEAN and 6S initiatives. Train, coach, and develop employees through ongoing feedback, cross-training, performance reviews, and development opportunities. Build an engaged, accountable team focused on collaboration, safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. Maintain safe work practices, equipment inspections, training, audits, toolbox talks, and applicable OSHA requirements. Ensure work complies with applicable building codes, regulations, and quality standards. Perform other duties as assigned.
