As a Corporate Secretary, you will work with senior individuals across the firm and be exposed to a variety of tasks. Primary Responsibilities: Day-to-day administration tasks for AIFM, funds and corporates Coordinating and scheduling meetings (boards, shareholder meetings and committees) Coordinating the preparation and review of meeting minutes and related documents, such as board packs, minutes, notarial deeds, and agreements Coordinating formalities (powers of attorney, changes to Managers/Directors, apostilles) Coordinating the incorporation, administration, and liquidation of companies, including handling all types of corporate events Coordinating the timely filing of periodic company documentation Monitoring the legal good standing (RCSL/RBE) of funds and related entities Supervising the maintenance of accurate legal records and internal databases Implementing processes or systems to help ensure best-practice management of the organisation and compliance with legislation Communicating with external professionals involved in corporate governance for AIFM, funds and corporates Key Requirements / Qualifications: (essential unless otherwise stated) Degree-educated (a degree in Law would be an advantage) or equivalent Minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience — not necessarily in a company secretary role, but within the Luxembourg fund industry (experience with alternative investment funds would b
