Job description

Storytelling & Media Relations Great stories deserve great visibility. You will help identify newsworthy stories across the Red Bull ecosystem and support their distribution through media, content partnerships and additional communication channels. By building relationships with journalists, influencers and other multipliers, you will contribute to increasing the impact and reach of our projects. Content Development & Creative Communications You will work closely with internal stakeholders to transform ideas, projects and athlete stories into compelling communication assets. Whether it's a media release, content concept, feature story or campaign activation, you will help create engaging narratives that resonate with our audiences and strengthen the Red Bull brand. Project Management & Campaign Activation You'll lead smaller communication projects and support larger campaigns across sports, culture and brand initiatives. From planning and coordination through to execution and evaluation, you'll gain valuable experience managing communications activities across multiple channels and stakeholder groups. Partnership & Stakeholder Management Collaboration is at the heart of successful communications. You'll work with agencies, freelancers, photographers, media partners and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered with excellence. Through these interactions, you will build strong relationships and learn how to navigate a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. Bachelor's or Master's degree Proven excellence in your academic life Relevant work or internship experience is a plus A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements Entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges Open and solution-oriented mindset, with excellent communication skills Fluent in German or French (written, spoken), additional languages are considered a plus We offer an intense, challenging 18-month deep-dive into the business and a real job where you can make an impact from day 1.
