Ensure vendors satisfy company requirements for information security, privacy, legal, financial, insurance, compliance, business continuity, and operational readiness before services are approved or implemented. Coordinate the collection and review of contracts, statements of work, certificates of insurance, security questionnaires, compliance attestations, financial information, data-processing terms, and other required documentation. Maintain accurate vendor profiles, ownership records, risk classifications, documentation, approval status, and renewal dates in applicable procurement and contract-management systems. Vendor Evaluation and Selection Coordinate vendor evaluations for data center hardware, infrastructure platforms, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, software, telecommunications, support services, and managed service providers. Develop and apply consistent evaluation criteria covering technical fit, security, compliance, financial stability, service capability, implementation risk, support model, scalability, and total cost of ownership. Support requests for information, requests for proposal, demonstrations, proofs of concept, reference checks, and commercial evaluations. Prepare comparative analyses and recommendations that clearly document vendor strengths, weaknesses, risks, costs, and alignment with business and technology requirements. Contract Review, Renewal, and Commercial Analysis Manage the vendor renewal calendar and begin renewal planning early enough to support requirements validation, competitive review, budgeting, negotiation, approval, and service continuity. Review contracts, statements of work, order forms, pricing schedules, service-level agreements, licensing terms, support provisions, renewal clauses, termination rights, and commercial commitments in coordination with Procurement and Legal. Compare renewal proposals against prior-year agreements, historical spend, consumption, market benchmarks, alternative vendors, and changes in scope or service levels. Identify unfavorable pricing changes, redundant services, unused licenses, minimum commitments, auto-renewal risk, and contractual terms requiring clarification or negotiation. Prepare concise renewal recommendations, financial impact summaries, negotiation positions, and approval materials for operational and executive stakeholders. Plan and lead vendor meetings, operational reviews, service reviews, quarterly business reviews, renewal discussions, and executive-level engagements.
