Education Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Pharmacy Licenses and Certifications Pharmacist Experience Qualifications Completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent experience required. Minimum of one year of prior hospital pharmacy experience required. Sterile compounding is highly preferred
