The Client Advisory Manager will play a big role in turning market research into strategic analysis and recommendations for law firms by using qualitative and quantitative research to provide custom market reports for law firms looking to drive brand enhancement, differentiation, and growth. Key Responsibilities Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on various topics pertinent to client needs Utilize qualitative and quantitative research methods to interpret data Prepare detailed and insightful reports, presentations, and executive summaries Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency Build and maintain strong and enduring client relationships by understanding their objectives and providing tailored solutions Communicate regularly with clients to update them on research progress, findings, and any relevant industry trends Collaboration and Continuous Improvement Work closely with internal teams to align research efforts with client goals Collaborate with Client Advisory colleagues to share insights and best practices Participate in client meetings, presentations, and strategy sessions Stay current with legal industry trends, market developments, and emerging research methodologies Advisory Services Support senior members of the team in delivering business consulting services to law firm clients, as analytical and reporting responsibilities permit Required Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Market Research, or a related field 3+ years of work experience in an analytical role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to instill confidence, build trust, and cultivate client relationships Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications A JD, MBA, or other graduate degree Law firm or other legal industry experience Client-facing consulting or internal advisory experience Proficiency in research tools, software, and databases Familiarity with Thomson Reuters’ Market Insights platform #LI-AY1 What’s in it For You?
