Summary: Salesforce is seeking a dynamic and transformational Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead the global Process Transformation (Regrello & Apromore) sales organization and serve as a key member of the AI Labs Leadership Team. This executive will own the growth strategy and commercial execution for the Process Transformation business, driving revenue growth, new customer acquisition, expansion, and scalable go-to-market motions globally. The CRO will play a critical role in shaping the future of the business, bringing together AI, data, and automation to redefine how customers optimize and transform their business processes. The CRO will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leadership, helping define the business’s long-term growth strategy and strengthen Salesforce’s position for sustained market leadership. Shape and execute the go-to-market strategy, leveraging targeted industry plays, optimized account coverage, strategic partnerships, and differentiated market motions to accelerate growth and customer adoption. Lead the evolution of the sales motion in the era of the agentic enterprise, helping customers harness AI, data, and automation to transform business processes, customer engagement, and growth. Serve as a trusted advisor to CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, Chief Data Officers, and other senior business leaders, positioning Salesforce’s Business Process Optimization portfolio as a strategic platform for enterprise transformation and measurable business outcomes. Drive cross-functional alignment across Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Alliances & Channels, Industry GTM, and Enablement to deliver a unified, outcome-oriented customer experience and maximize revenue opportunities.
