Key responsibilities Lead sourcing and procurement activities for assigned indirect procurement categories Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and global procurement policies Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage suppliers to achieve the best value in quality, cost, delivery, service, and sustainability Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, contracts, payment terms, and long-term supplier agreements Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, EHS, and Global Procurement teams Drive cost reduction, Value Engineering (VE), productivity improvement, and risk mitigation projects Support CAPEX projects and new supplier development initiatives Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal requirements, and corporate Code of Conduct Analyze procurement data and prepare KPI reports to support business decisions Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields 5–8 years of procurement experience in a multinational manufacturing environment Strong background in Strategic Sourcing Strong background in Supplier Relationship Management Strong background in Contract Negotiation Strong background in Cost Optimization Experience in Indirect Procurement, Engineering Procurement, or CAPEX Purchasing is highly preferred Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Good understanding of procurement processes, supplier performance management, and contract management Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills Welfare & Benefits 5-day work week (Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM) IT equipment provided (PC/Laptop/Headset) Provident Fund Social Security Health Insurance Group Accident Insurance Uniform Allowance Meal Allowance Company Transportation Service Annual Bonus Perfect Attendance Award Long Service Award SMART Performance Reward Matty Reward Program Training, Seminars & Team Building Activities Annual Party & Family Day Attendance Bonus and Other Special Incentives Location Mattel Bangkok Limited Bangpoo Industrial Estate (Export Processing Zone), Samut Prakan 🚆 Near BTS Green Line – Kheha Station 🚌 Company shuttle service available on major routes: Sukhumvit Bangna Phraeksa Thepharak Srinakarin Kingkaew
