Be a Brand Ambassador & Consumer Champion: Beyond standard support, you will act as a trusted advisor for P&G consumers and brands, leveraging your French skills to manage inquiries across multiple channels (written and call interactions). You'll provide holistic support, applying empathy and a people-oriented approach to guide consumers through their journey with our products. Engage & Listen: Understand consumer concerns with empathy and professionalism. Resolve Issues: Manage complaints efficiently, collaborating with team leaders for timely solutions. Document & Improve: Keep accurate records and suggest process improvements to enhance the consumer journey. Follow Through: Ensure cases are resolved and consumers stay informed. Learn & Grow: Participate in training sessions and support onboarding of new team members.
