In this role, you will: Provide engineering support to maintenance and operations across the department including restoring flow during breakdowns and developing preventative maintenance systems (including during the off shift) Troubleshoot equipment and process problems to root cause, providing engineered solutions to these problems Manage large equipment rebuilds – development, justification, management and implementation of these projects Develop into the technical equipment expertise for the department and provide technical leadership Support the department’s Quality, Safety, and Environmental goals Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college/university at time of hire Must have completed an internship with Arconic. Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
