You Have: 5+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications 5+ years of experience with software development using basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks Experience switching between different program languages and learning new ones Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software products Experience writing source code for new applications or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications Experience performing code reviews and debugging merge requests Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree Ability to obtain DoD 8570 Compliant Security+ or CISSP Certification within 30 days of hire Nice If You Have: Experience with Java, Databricks, C#, C, C++, JavaScript, SQL, Python, Server-Side Development, Middleware, Application or Data Integration, API Development, Core Application Systems, Node.js, Quarkus, Spring Cloud, Spring Core, Spring-Boot, or Spring Data Experience creating solutions for large data sets and managing data stores Experience with structured and unstructured data types, especially non-textual sources such as video, audio, and imagery. Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative, cross-functional team Experience with administration of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins, Gitlab, or GitHub actions Knowledge of standards in JavaScript, JSON, REST, CORS, Web architecture, and HTTP specification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
