Key Responsibilities · Qualify prospective clients and explain features of policies offered, determining amount and type of coverage based on analysis of prospect's circumstances. · Ensure all sales leads are contacted, and production goals are met. · Satisfy customers with a high quality of service and confidence by responding courteously and accurately to all phone and email inquiries relating to our products. · Initiate up-selling on all sales calls. · Collect premiums from policyholders. · Develop long-term relationships with clients. · Employ underwriting rules and guidelines, insurance laws and regulations, and relating manuals to ensure compliance. · Comply with all corporate policies and procedures. What you bring · Proactive individual with a passion for aviation and a desire to contribute to the growth of a leading aviation insurance company. · Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, claims reports, and procedural manuals. · Solid written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy. · Advanced organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. · Knowledgeable of industry changes, legal updates, and technical developments related to applicable areas of the Company’s business to proactively respond to changing business environment. · Intermediate proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word). · 4 Year bachelor’s degree in business administration, a related field, or the equivalent and/or experience. Pay Transparency The pay range for this position is $62,200 - $93,200, which includes geographic adjustments, where applicable. The pay range is the range TMHCC, in good faith, believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
