Job description

岗位职责： 1.Demand Plan: Lead D2C short-term sales forecast process for your brands, validating promotion plan and ensuring consistency through building consensus between commercial forecasts, financial trend and sales history. 2.Deployment Plan: Develop replenishment strategies based on the validated sales forecasts and inventory parameters, ensuring on-time product availability to secure sales targets and service level agreements. 3.Stock Management: Balance stock among RDCs, ensuring optimal stock allocation while maintaining efficient turnover. Work closely with commercial & division supply chain to reduce E&O stock. 4.Other tasks/projects assigned by line management. 任职要求： 1.Bachelor degree or above in economics, mathematics, supply chain management and other relatives 2.2+years of demand planning or E-commerce planning experience 3.Solid English skills in reading, speaking, listening and writing 4.Proficient in data analysis, with clear insight and talent in data understanding 5.Outstanding communication skills across internal and external functions 6.Strong sense of ownership, able to work independently and drive outcomes. Demonstrates resilience in the face of challenges. 7.Experience working with power query, Python, SQL, macro is preferred 8.Certifications in PMP, CPIM, CSCP is a plus
