Job Description Brief Description: Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, DEC Supply Chain Capability Lead to support digital product strategy and act as a strategic technology partner and trusted advisor to Global Supply Chain. The Associate Director, DEC Supply Chain Capability Lead is a technology and business leader responsible for strategy, delivery, and operational excellence of platforms and products supporting Global Supply Chain. This role operates with a product operating model mindset, supporting a portfolio of platforms and products to ensure they are secure, scalable, and continuously optimized to deliver measurable business outcomes including business process improvement, operational efficiencies, and innovation. The role provides cross-functional domain leadership and technical ownership for digital platforms and capabilities supporting Technical Operations platforms and adjacent data and workflow platforms, spanning process enablement, integrations, data integrity, security, and operational resilience. As a trusted partner to Global Supply Chain leaders, this role supports technology priorities and investment tradeoffs, aligning product development with business strategy, regulatory obligations, and value realization goals. Essential Functions/Responsibilities Drive Cross-Channel Digital Excellence Support the DEC strategy across Global Supply Chain by translating business priorities into clear plans, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize enhancements, manage tradeoffs, and deliver platform improvements that meet functional needs. Help mature the product operating model by establishing practical ways of working, governance, and prioritization for Supply Chain platforms. Oversee the day-to-day health and evolution of platforms supporting Supply Chain. Risk & Controls (GxP) Ensure platforms supporting Supply Chain operate in line with GxP and other regulated requirements, including support for validation, audit readiness, and issue remediation. Partner with internal teams to maintain strong controls related to security, data integrity, access, and change management. Monitor risks, escalate issues as needed, and support actions that improve platform stability, resilience, and compliance. Leadership & Operating Model Lead and develop a high-performing team of capability leaders responsible for digital products supporting Global Supply Chain operations, delivery, and continuous improvement. Manage vendor and partner relationships to support digital product delivery, service quality, and business priorities. Collaborate with architecture, delivery, and business teams to align solutions with enterprise standards and functional needs. Support planning for product capacity, lifecycle management, upgrades, and service improvements.
