Industry/Sector Asset and Wealth Management Specialism Industry Tax Practice Management Level Senior Associate Job Description & Summary The Opportunity As an Asset & Wealth Management - Renewable Energy Tax Senior Associate, you will focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. You will help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimize their tax positions. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and deliver quality work. In this role, you will review and analyze financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimizing risks of non-compliance. Within our Tax practice, you will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using reflection to enhance strengths and address development areas. This position offers the opportunity to uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies. Responsibilities - Navigating complex tax regulations to optimize client tax positions - Reviewing and analyzing financial data to prepare and file tax returns - Validating compliance with tax laws and regulations to minimize risks of non-compliance - Building meaningful client connections and managing relationships effectively - Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations - Drafting and preparing tax documents with precision and attention to detail - Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to support tax planning strategies - Upholding professional and technical standards in accordance with PwC tax guidance - Embracing change and adapting to evolving business contexts and client needs - Collaborating with teams to deliver quality client service and support What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 2 years of experience - Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment (Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity). Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
