About the Job: The Asset & Data Steward supports Taco Bell’s U.S. Development team by ensuring asset data and documentation are accurate, complete, accessible, and maintained throughout the restaurant lifecycle. This role establishes data and document standards, strengthens Development processes, and partners with business and system owners to resolve information gaps across new builds, replacements, remodels, and other asset actions. The Asset Steward also supports designated Development tools and helps create a reliable information foundation for reporting, asset strategy, portfolio planning, and future growth. The Day-to-Day: • Independently manage designated U.S. Development asset records, files, and repositories across new builds, replacements, remodels, and other asset actions, with minimal guidance and review focused on accuracy, quality, and achievement of objectives. • Establish and apply scalable data-quality standards, naming conventions, required fields, documentation requirements, lifecycle controls, and tracking tools that distinguish critical actions from routine activity across multiple priorities. • Lead routine audits and resolve moderately complex to complex data and documentation issues by translating them into clear, logical steps, work plans, ownership, and follow-through with business and system partners. • Own and improve asset-information handoffs at key Development milestones, anticipating risks that could delay project schedules or require additional resources and coordinating timely corrective action. • Develop, implement, and continuously improve standard operating procedures, process maps, user guides, FAQs, training resources, and other tools that simplify complex requirements and promote consistent Development practices. • Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for designated Development tools and processes, independently resolving common and moderately complex issues, coordinating escalations, and applying industry and functional knowledge to recommend practical solutions. • Represent the asset and data stewardship area on cross-functional projects and initiatives, partnering frequently with internal customers and peers across work areas to deliver analysis-ready information for reporting, portfolio planning, asset strategy, remodel decisions, and continuous improvement over a short- to medium-term horizon. Is this you? • 3–5 years of experience in data stewardship, document management, business systems, process improvement, Development operations, or a related field. • Demonstrated ability to organize and maintain large volumes of data and documentation across multiple projects, systems, and stakeholders. • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a consistent commitment to data accuracy, quality, and usability. • Exp
