Applications are currently being accepted for the positions of Applied Behavior Analysis Assistant (ABAA) at the elementary level. Duties/Responsibilities : Two years ABA/DTI experience with students with Autism preferred; PMT/CPI trained Ability and physical capacity to provide immediate Crisis Assistance/De-escalation strategies Respond Immediately to a student in crisis Independently work with students who exhibit challenging behaviors Ability to collect data and follow Behavior Intervention Plans with fidelity Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent collaboration skills NCLB qualified; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Experience with inclusion; Other attributes and skills as deemed appropriate and necessary Wage: Per BFEP Contract - $23.36/hr - $25.94/hr Work Schedule: 6.5 hours per day Site: To be determined EOE Position type: Support Staff / Applied Behavior Analysis Assistant School / site: To be determined Date available: 08/24/2026 Closing date: Open until filled
