Apache Flink Developer Experience: 8+ years of IT experience, with 2–3 years of hands-on real-time Apache Flink experience Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain real-time data processing and streaming solutions using Apache Flink. • Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance stream processing applications for real-time data workloads. • Develop and optimize Flink jobs, pipelines, transformations, and stateful processing. • Troubleshoot performance, scalability, latency, and reliability issues in real-time streaming applications. • Collaborate with engineering and application teams to understand requirements and deliver robust streaming solutions. • Implement monitoring, logging, error handling, and operational best practices for Flink applications. • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
