What we’re looking for We’re looking for a commercial powerhouse and inspiring leader to take Omnea overseas to the APAC and through its next phase of growth. As our founding APAC GM, you’ll be responsible for APAC market build and driving revenue growth — driving our biggest deals, as well as building the teams and playbooks, that take us from strong traction to market leadership. This is a unique opportunity to a GTM leadership position at Omnea, which will be reporting to the CCO & CEO. You’ll own regional revenue growth and processes, talent development, and represent Omnea in high-stakes customer conversations with CFOs, COOs, and procurement leaders at some of the world’s largest companies. You’re passionate about being hands-on and directly driving deals, scaling a high-performing sales organisation, coaching our team into world-class managers, and driving consistent execution across the region. Taking ownership of our APAC expansion, you’ll create the blueprint for global expansion; your work will set the standard for how Omnea scales internationally. What can you expect? • Set GTM strategy and direct deal execution You’ll be first APAC GTM leader at one of Europe’s fastest growing B2B SaaS companies and our most senior leader in the APAC region. You’ll run the engine for our APAC revenue growth, and personally drive and close the largest deals in the region. You’ll set the commercial strategy for the region by partnering with our CEO & CCO on GTM strategy; expanding Omnea’s ICP & verticals and spearheading nuances required to win in APAC. • Represent Omnea externally and be hands-on in the field. You’ll take on the role as Omnea’s exec sponsor across a lot of core deals in the region. You’ll represent us as the regional face at industry events, analyst briefings, and customer roundtables, building trust and recognition for Omnea’s category-defining vision. You’ll work directly on high-stakes deals with CFOs, COOs, and Procurement leaders at enterprise customers — setting the tone for what “great” looks like in every engagement. • Drive operational excellence & GTM performance By partnering with Marketing, Partnerships and RevOps you’ll ensure every part of our machine is aligned for growth. You’ll architect the APAC outbound engine with CAs, partners, and analyst influence. You’ll embed rigor into forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, deal reviews and process execution — creating a culture of discipline, data, and excellence.
