Little Miami Early Childhood Center is looking for a building aide beginning October 26, 2026. This role provides supervisory support to maintain a safe, structured, and welcoming school environment. The position involves preparing instructional materials, operating classroom equipment, and upholding strict safety standards while supervising students during arrival, dismissal, recess, and lunch. The Building Aide keeps daily operations running smoothly through organized clerical work, housekeeping tasks, and consistent routines, all while serving as a positive representative of the school through professional communication with staff, students, and parents. This position works 7.5 hours per day. Starting pay is 17.13 per hour. The Board pays 90% of the Health premium, 95% of the Dental premium, and 60% of the Vision premium. Eligible active-duty military members, veterans with an honorable discharge, National Guard and Reserve members, and military spouses may qualify for financial bonuses through Ohio's Military Veteran Educators Program. Eligible applicants must be hired into a full-time position at a participating Ohio public educational institution on or after July 1, 2023. Individuals who worked in any Ohio school before July 1, 2023, are not eligible. Eligible employees may receive a $3,000 bonus after completing one year of employment, increased to $5,000 for eligible school transportation positions.
