Responsibilities Lead and manage the branch team to achieve business targets and key performance indicators in alignment with the Consumer Banking Group's strategic goals. Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and risk management frameworks. Drive customer service excellence by fostering a customer-centric culture and resolving complex customer queries effectively. Coach, mentor, and develop branch staff to enhance their professional capabilities, performance, and career progression. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement marketing campaigns, wealth management initiatives, and digital banking adoption. Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic corrective actions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline. Proven leadership experience in branch banking, wealth management, or financial services distribution. Strong understanding of consumer banking products, financial advisory processes, and regulatory compliance standards. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing, diverse team. Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
