Job Summary: Under the guidance and support of the District MTSS Coaches, Classroom Teachers and Building Admin, the ADSIS Paraeducator delivers direct literacy interventions, plans targeted instruction, prepares instructional materials, and adheres to testing and intervention schedules. This position is responsible for collecting student progress monitoring data. This data is shared with intervention teams to analyze during data meetings. Regular collaboration with the district ADSIS/MTSS Leadership Team to support student learning is essential.
