 Responsibilities: Accounts Payable (AP) Management: Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with applicable GST/VAT/WHT regulations. Creation of vendor records, perform basic due diligence, ensure compliance with internal controls and optimize payment strategies for cash flow efficiency. Review and approve staff expense claims and reimbursements in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies Support the retrieval and printing bank payment advice from the bank portal. Reconciliation & Accounting: Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate payables accounting . Assist with month-end bank reconciliations Perform ad-hoc assignments/projects assigned from time to time. undefined Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable or related roles, preferably in multinational corporations (MNC) or shared services centers (SSC). Strong knowledge of GST/VAT , WHT , AP processes , and relevant regulations in Singapore , the Philippines , and the Middle East . Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems. Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
